Faithful Minister

After serving faithfully for seven years as a Minister under Bishop Margaret Payton at Mt Ebenezer United Holy Church of America, in Lambertville, NJ where she served as a Missionary, an Usher, the financial chairperson, and the Assistant Superintendent of the Sunday school, in 2001 Pastor Stevenson moved her membership to Bethel United Holy Church of America in Trenton, NJ where she became an Associate Minister working under the leadership of Pastor Richard L. Wilson, Sr. for twelve years.  In her duties as an Associate, she was the Missionary President, the Assistant Adult Sunday school teacher, a member of the Executive Board, the Pastors Aide Committee, and the Assistant Bible Study teacher.

While at Bethel she ministered once a month to the residents at Royal Gate Nursing Facility in Trenton and the Pavillions@Forrestal nursing home in Princeton, NJ.  She also ministered to the woman at the YWCA in Trenton on Sunday mornings before she would go to her own church to service, also on occasion she volunteered as a caregiver for the Interfaith Caregivers of the Greater Mercer County.

She has received a Bachelor of Theology degree from the International Seminary in Plymouth, Florida.

spiritual passion

In 2013 Pastor began a Bible Study class in her home on Tuesday nights with seven people.  After a short period of time she moved the bible study to a church she rented, and it was after six months she accepted the call to Pastor.

The Lord has progressively directed Pastor Stevenson’s spiritual path over these past thirty seven years. It is Pastor Stevenson desire to one day have an outreach ministry/resource center where she will be able to help people with their everyday living needs; however, her spiritual passion is reaching the lost and the saving of souls teaching them the Word of God.  To God be the Glory for the great things He has done and is doing!
